The property boasts original 1920s pine hardwood floors and original winding staircase, with modern upgrades such as a large granite framed gas fireplace (for the cold winter nights!), intercom system, and bose stereo system. Upgraded kitchen fully equipped if you want to cook-in and relax. The house also has a large wrap around outdoor patio with grill, hammock, and breakfast table. In addition to being park front, there is a playground, baseball field, basketball court, and large outdoor community pool (summer months only and dependent on city schedule) just 1 block from the property! If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. The house is PARK FRONT (Jefferson Square Park) with beautiful views, in a very safe neighborhood, with adequate free parking directly out the front door. In addition to being park front, there is a playground, baseball field, basketball court, and large outdoor community pool (summer months only and dependent on city schedule) just 1 block from the property!
