Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything to enjoy the salt life. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story 4-plex. It has its own deck space and shares a back porch with the other units.
This property is literally on the beach. It has multiple views from the property. If you are looking for a place close to the beach with amazing views, you cannot find a better place.
This residence is part of a 4 unit building. All 4 residences are owned by us and are vacation rentals. You will have your own private entrance and the residence is on the top (2nd) floor with amazing expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean.
