Summary: This was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was the middle of winter, and the heater in the bedroom was not working. I asked multiple times for a portable heater because I was freezing, but the staff ignored my requests. The heater was only turned on after I complained several times through Hotels.com. Even then, Hotels.com had difficulty getting in contact with the receptionist. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and basic comfort made this stay extremely unpleasant. I paid to stay in a freezing room.
