The Newbury Regency recently has had a high end remodel with beautiful finishes and upgrades. Its located near the end of a cul de sac in a quite neighborhood with easy access to the Fwy. Hiking trials are less then a couple miles away and the beach only a 25 min ride through the canyon to Malibu. Our home is in walking distance to a park, stage coach museum, shopping centers and restaurants. A few miles away are horse stables where guided horse rides are available daily in the trails of the Santa Monica Mountains.
The kitchen is a dream with a open concept living space, fireplace and mini wet bar. It has a chiefs stove/oven, coffee station and large counter space for food prep and entertaining . Walk out from the kitchen/living area to the backyard for some outdoor eating or to enjoy the beautiful hillside mountain view.
The master bedroom has a large brick fireplace, private full bath with a walk in steam shower and soaking tub, a double sink vanity and walk in closet. It also has a large 60" smart tv. You can enjoy your coffee in the morning or wine in the evening on the masters private balcony.
There are three more bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bath/shower combo and double sink vanity.
