There is also an ice maker in the refrigerator and a water dispenser for your need.
Outside of the house await your personal paradise. You will find a resort style pool, a huge outdoor grill station, a firepit, a hot tub, three separate seating areas, a private deck from the master bedroom, a huge playground for the little ones. There's also a outdoor space provided from formal dining if you wish you have a dinner outdoor or a movie night outdoor.
The property is 7 minutes' drive from Sesame Place, Oxford Valley mall, and numerous restaurants and cafe. If you're interested in fishing, there's a state park within 4 minutes' drive.
If guest would like to smoke, please use backyard space for your smoking needs and with an ashtray for safety and cleanliness. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTE OR WEED INSIDE OF THE HOME. If there is any smoking in the home; there will be an additional cleaning cost of $300 for home to be clean and properly air out of any smell for future guest. There is also No use of any DRUGS IN, ON, or AROUND the property.
For an enjoyable stay and safety there should be no more than 15 guest spending the night in the apartment.
Event are allowed but need to notify us and get approval. No Exceptions, if an event is given, and host has not approved it, you and your guest will be asked to leave the property without a refund and charged an additional fee of 250 for cleaning. To avoid this please follow inform us before hosting a party or event.
The house is not baby proof, we recommended for families with small children to always keep an eye on their children. ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE BECAUSE OF THE POOL!
Treat the house as if it was your in-laws (lol) leave the house neat and tidy and please make sure you have washed your dish clean the stove, take out the trash out back.
Please be mindful to turn off the lights and adjust the thermostat when exiting.
