Beautiful newly purchased vacation home located in Estrella Mountain Ranch, Goodyear Arizona. Home is located 40 minutes west of Sky Harbor airport in the Estrella Mountain Ranch community. One story with an open floor plan. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, office, kitchen, family and living space. Comfortably sleeps 6. Each bedroom is furnished with a flat screen smart tv. House has additional rec room with smart tv, bar and card table. House is professionally cleaned before and after every occupancy. Home is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood.
Backyard has a private pool/spa with covered outdoor kitchen/BBQ, firepit, putting green and Cornhole/Bocce Ball area. Pool/Spa heat is extra $40/day. Pool heat is up to 85 degrees. Spa is 100 degrees. Backyard is full sun all day with amazing sunsets!
The Estrella community has two lakes with walking and biking trails. Sierra Estrella Mountains offers 50+ miles of paths and trails, including the trails in the Estella Mountain Regional Park and throughout the Estrella community. Estrella Community has a local Safeway, Starbucks, gas station, the amazing Oasis Bagel Cafe, Walgreens, etc.
Lastly, we have a very strict HOA and they will fine us for rules not followed. Quiet time is 10 PM. We are looking for renters that want to get away for a relaxing retreat and have fun. Please if you know you are a loud group and like to party this is not the house for you. Please respect our neighbors in our area as they live here full time and are not on vacation. We are a 2-vehicle max in the driveway. No street parking allowed. RV's and trailers are not allowed in the driveway or street at any time.
