Located on a country crossroads, the Elletts' generational 3BR farmhouse is a great place for a getaway! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Take a short walk to find the 1 acre pond that is great for fishing.
The Farmhouse is 10 minutes to downtown Ellettsville, 12 minutes to McCormick's Creek State Park, 15-20 minutes from IU Stadium, 22 minutes to IU health hospital, and 35 minutes to Lake Monroe!

This house has 2 living areas: the living room and the sunroom both have TVs (subscriptions not provided). There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom; 1st bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd has a full bed, and the 3rd has 2 twin beds.
The kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator and range. It is fully functional with a blender, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware available to use during your stay.
The farm is a birdwatcher's paradise with nearly every species in the region having been spotted in the front yard. Go mushroom hunting in the woods by the pond to find an abundance of morels in the spring, chanterelles in the summer, and many other wild mushroom varieties throughout the year. Caution: DON'T eat any wild mushrooms unless you can verify their identity!
There is space to park 4+ cars in the parking area.
To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape free environment.
Guests will have access to the entire main floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen/dining, living area, laundry area and the sunroom/office. The basement is not part of the listing. Farm Buildings/Barn are not part of the listing and have no guest access.
