Summary: Our entry door was apparently kicked or forced open at some point. The door jam was barely screwed back together. The deadbolt did not line up to slide into the jam. The door knob was loose and barely held the door shut. This is the main entry door into the room. We wedged a chair under the knob to hopefully help hold the door closed if someone pushed against it. The toilet seat was extremely small and uncomfortable for anyone to use, especially a bigger person. Had no hot water in the bathroom sink. The blinds were 1/2 missing which allowed everyone to look into the bathroom from the outside while being used.
