Spend your next vacation or trip to Pensacola in this charming, eclectic studio featuring open concept living and a comfy queen size bed with one of a kind headboard. This apartment is part of a beautiful historic home in downtown and is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, nightlife, museums, etc. And it's only 10 miles from the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach.
This is a cozy studio apartment. Included is a full kitchen and bathroom along with a seating area and nice queen sized bed.
Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.
You have access to the full apartment as well as the common areas in the hall and the seating areas in the garden.
We offer full privacy for all guest however we are available whenever needed.
It is best to have access to a car to be able to enjoy all Pensacola has to offer.
Please note: This house requires a rental agreement and a $500 refundable security deposit to cover any accidental damages during your stay. The security deposit is placed as a hold two days before your checkout and is held for 7 days.
