These three new-construction houses are all available for rent at the same time, so you can host a large group or host a function. All the houses are full of amenities including stainless steel appliances, fireplaces, hot tubs, and plenty of beds.

The Space:
Each of these three homes is set up similarly to the others. The two outer homes each feature a king bed suite on the first floor, along with a full kitchen,. living room, half bath, and access to the patio and hot tub. The middle home has all of that as well as a lofted king bedroom suite.
All three homes also offer a furnished basement with two bedrooms (queen bedroom and a bunk room with 2 full/twin bunks), a second living room, full bathroom, and laundry room.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to each of the three homes.
Entry is through the front door using a unique key code.
Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.
Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
