Silverbow Condominiums was the first condo development in Big Sky starting in the spring of 1971. This quaint, quiet neighborhood is one of Big Sky’s gems! You will find yourself within walking distance to restaurants, a brewery, a grocery store, and hiking/Nordic ski trails.
There is free parking on the premises and no parking pass is needed. You are free to park anywhere in the lot.
There is a free public bus that runs in Big Sky and the Meadow Village Center stop is a quick five-minute walk (located at the junction of Black Otter and Little Coyote Road.)
The radiant floor heat is slower to heat than traditional heating methods. Please have patience, once the floor is up to temperature it will provide more than enough warmth. The floor should never exceed 72 degrees. The fireplace can provide an extra heat source if needed.
The front door needs extra force when closing.
The fan and fan light must manually be turned on by the pulls on the fan.
HOA Quiet Hours are from 10 pm-8 am. Smoking only allowed outside, NO SMOKING INSIDE.
