NEWLY Renovated! Entire2nd floor unit.5 Bedrooms, 5 Attached Bathrooms, 10 Beds. Sleeps 20 easily. Great common areas. 2 large decks. 1/2 mile (2 minutes) from Beaver Creek Marina / Lake Cumberland. The marina has boat rentals. We have plenty of parking for vehicles / boats. 4 Kayaks available (waiver required).Wifi. Kid friendly (we can provide high chair, baby gates, pack and play, monitors upon request.) We have a grill and a fire pit with plenty of seating. Also only a few miles from a public "beach style" access. We are experienced hosts! Must be comfortable with stairs as this is a second floor unit. Owners are occasionally onsite downstairs / lower level, but there are no shared spaces other than parking/laundry. More space available. Up to 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 20 beds.
