With two beautifully furnished bedrooms featuring queen-sized mattresses, you'll enjoy restful nights. A full-sized bathroom with a luxurious jetted tub offers the perfect way to unwind. For additional guests, the first-floor lounge includes a daybed and trundle with two twin beds. The living room, equipped with a sofa, accent chairs, and a 65" 4K TV with surround sound, is ideal for relaxation and entertainment. A large dining table for six sets the stage for delightful meals or game nights. Smart lighting, a well-equipped kitchen with dinnerware for six, and a fully stocked coffee bar with a Keurig and drip coffee maker ensure convenience. Plus, a private office with high-speed internet makes remote work seamless.

The Cozy Cottage is located in a small, quiet neighborhood just North of US 2. We ask all guests to adhere to our quiet times and to please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors.
Getting Around:
We have a two car driveway in front of the house that is uncovered and gravel. There is space for 2 cars parked one behind another, but it may be tight fitting if you have extra large vehicles.
