Escape to beautiful Montecito for the weekend or the entire summer. Sweet Garden cottage, with bedroom, bath, living room, and kitchen just steps to the shared pool and spa. Peaceful and tranquil, a true getaway! Minutes from the beach, fine dining, shopping Montecito's lovely upper and lower villages, Santa Barbara, and Summerland. Take in a Polo Match, go hiking, biking, sailing or simply nothing at all and get some R&R by the pool. No smoking property. Owner lives in main house on 1.3 acre property, but is not intrusive. No Smoking Property. Ask about my other vacation rentals.
