The condo is generally cool or warm, naturally, due to being on the lower-level. The air conditioner does a fair job of keeping the living room comfortable in the summer months. An air conditioning upgrade is planned.

The community is observant of peace and quiet. Please follow this general guideline. Sometimes the neighbors--an elderly couple and a disabled adult--can be a bit cantankerous, but any concerns communicated by guests have been addressed swiftly.
