This cozy little home nestled in the trees in Coolin, ID is walking distance to Priest Lake (public beach, boat launch, etc.), great restaurants (The Moose Knuckle, Selkirk Lodge Bistro and Ardy's), The Tyee an adorable waterfront coffee shop, and the historic Leonard Paul store.
With easy access to national forest and public lands in addition to the lake and 72 miles of shoreline, you will find an endless number of outdoor activities: boating, swimming, fishing, ATV/dirt bike riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, and huckleberry picking, just to name a few. With year-round access and enough parking in the driveway to bring a boat, RV/Camper (hookup for additional fee), or snowmobiles you can head right out on your adventure!
Inside the home you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The well stocked kitchen has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, island, and attached dining area with dining table. Just off the dining area and kitchen you will find a back deck with chairs, small fire pit and gas BBQ grill. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room with comfy couches, and a gas fireplace. The front porch is a great spot to sit and sip your coffee or wine!
There are two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. You can log in to any of your subscriptions like Netflix or Disney+ or use the DVD Player to watch one of the movies from our DVD library if you need some down time.
