Guests will have direct access to an ungated / unlocked in-ground or above-ground swimming pool or hot tub. The pool does not have a security fence around it, children must be supervised at all times. Pool is not heated so cant use during winter months. Upon bookings confirmed, guests automatically waive all liabilities related to pool.
Security camera/recording device — “Ring Door Bell at the front door, Ring Flood Light Above Garage, Ring Flood Light in Back Yard FACING pool. This camera covers the ENTIRE backyard. There are NO cameras inside of the home.”
Additional House Rules
House Rules:
1. Please do not book the home if you are a local in Merced area without sending a private message first and receiving an approval.
2. Parties, events and any form of social gathering are not allowed.
3. No guests allowed beyond the property's maximum number of guest capacity. If the guest is not on the reservation list, you will be charged $30 / person.
4. We do not encourage mailing any packages at the home to avoid lost and undelivered items.
5. We do not have a lifeguard on duty. No children under the age of 18 will be allowed in the pool without any adult supervision. Do not use the pool if you do not know how to swim.
6. Do not take the pool sweep out of the pool. If you take it out, additional $100 will be charged for an additional cleaning fee.
7. Do not use the white bath towels for the pool. Any towels used will incur $15 for each towel.
8. Do not use soap in the hot tub. You will be charged $1000 if soap was used in the hot tub.
9. Drinks, food and glass are not allowed inside or near the pool. If found, there will be a fine of $1000.
10. Do not turn on pool/hot tub heater, it’s not working and may not be safe.
11. Trash left everywhere in the house, make up stains in the linens, blood and vomit will be charged an additional $200
12. Quiet hours are strictly observed after 9PM.
13. No shoes inside the house.
14. No smoking in or near the house, please smoke outside at a designated area.
15. Pets are not allowed.
16. We have a BBQ grill that you can use. Please clean after each use, if not, an additional $25 will be charged.
17. Please close the propane tank after each use. If you need to refill the propane tank, we will reimburse it to you after the receipt was sent.
