The Space:
PLEASE NOTE that although the listing photos include shots of the entire apartment complex, featuring the front units with a direct view of the ocean, your unit does not have a direct ocean view. However, you are still just a few steps away from the beach and boardwalk.
This efficiently designed studio boasts modern appliances and thoughtful amenities, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. Special features include a luxurious bathtub and direct beachfront access, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The queen bed is a Murphy bed and is heavy. For your safety, please have a second person assist if you need to move it.
Please note! The bathtub jets are currently not working. We apologize for the inconvenience. The bathtub is deep, so not ideal for those with limited mobility.
The outside patio is available for all guests staying at the complex to enjoy, as well as the propane grill.

Street parking is available but very limited, especially in this busy Mission Bay beachfront area. There is no designated parking for this unit, and the front spaces belong to other units, so please do not park there, even temporarily. Your studio apartment is located on the second floor of the complex, and requires using the stairs.
