The space
There are three bedrooms all upstairs. Two bedrooms have a queen bed while one has a full size bed.
The main bedroom has its own attached full bathroom.
Two rooms share a conjoining full bathroom.
The living room, kitchen and backyard space are downstairs and has a half bath available for use. Enjoy a beautiful day outside in a small fenced patio equipped with a sun umbrella and seating.
In the living room, the couch pulls out into a comfortable queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress and available sheets.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the house except for the one-car garage and the first closet in the living room (upon entry).
Other things to note
There is a $15 per person, per day charge for the 6th-8th individual staying.
No partying or smoking is permitted in the household. If you smoke, please utilize the outside enclosed patio. Outside heater is available in the winter!
