Peaceful country setting with gorgeous mountain views at the base of Mt Nittany. We have almost 2 acres of yard space for you to enjoy with a swingset, climbing rope, trampoline, gazebo, and firepit. Spring Creek and Oak Hall Park is within easy walking distance. Beaver Stadium is just under 6 miles away with very easy access (we're close to 322 - jump on and jump off the highway in minutes)!
Indoors, there are 3 bedrooms with a California king size bed, 3 twin beds, and optional queen size airbed, 1 cot, and 2 full-size couches in the living room if needed as extra beds. Guests have full access to main floor of house and yard (private entrance, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, deck, firepit, gazebo, trampoline, and yard).
Please note the bottom floor of house may be occupied by owners during rental. There is a separate, private entrance.
