We are just 7 miles to Ithaca and 3 miles to Trumansburg, Taughannock Falls State Park, and New Park Event Center. This is the perfect home for Cornell or Ithaca College graduation or nearby destination weddings!

Retreat to the serenity of this Country Oasis conveniently located near Trumansburg and Ithaca, NY. Relax under the stars at the campfire after visiting the area's finest attractions, such as;

The Country Oasis is also only 30 minutes from breathtaking Watkins Glen and beautiful Seneca Lake where even more adventure awaits you.
Guests have complete access to the grounds and home (except some closets and the utility room), including the meadow, woods and large grassy yard behind the house. Please park vehicles outside of garage.
There is a large eat-in kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, pots, pans, dishware, silverware and a Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer on site. No need to bring anything other than your clothes and food- that is if you want to eat in. Living room has a large sectional couch with 3 recliners, and an additional couch, large television (fire stick), and sliding glass doors to covered, back deck. High speed Wifi throughout! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee as you watch the deer and other wildlife in the backyard..
There are 3 bedrooms on the main level of the house and two bathrooms. In addition, there are 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs in the basement (must be able to navigate a flight of stairs).
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, along with a dart board and a ping pong table for entertainment. Also in the downstairs is an additional seating area with television, DVDs, books and toys for the kiddos to play with.
Bedroom configuration:
Bedroom 1 has a full-size bed and rack for hanging clothes, etc. It too is only steps away from the main bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size memory foam bed and a large, attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 is on the main floor of the house. It has 2 twin beds. The main bathroom is only a few steps away.
The hall closet in between bedroom 2 & 3 has extra blankets for guests to use.
Bedrooms 4 & 5 are in the basement of the house. They each have a queen size bed and either a closet or a rolling garment rack for clothing and shoes etc.
Guests will need to be able to navigate steps in order to access these bedrooms.
