Complete privacy, with everything you need 5 min drive away (pharmacy, grocery, gas, restaurants, etc)! We have tons of games, including a pingpong/pool table! There are many hikes with 30 minutes drive as well as farm stands, tennis courts, horseback riding, antique stores etc.
