The basement apartment is completely separate from the rest of the house with a private entrance and your own patio with outdoor dining and barbecue. The property, while in the country, is conveniently located minutes from restaurants, Silverwood Theme Park, Hayden Lake and Honeysuckle Beach. There are also 4 ski resorts nearby!
