The Property: The house sits on Cooney Reservoir just above the Marshall Cove Day Use Area and Campground, which are a part of Cooney State Park. The property is also directly bordered by state land to the North/Northwest. The deck offers spectacular views of the lake as well as the Beartooth Mountains.
