This home is in the highly sought after East Memphis. It is a beautiful, safe neighborhood with large trees and gorgeous homes and yards. It’s a great place to take a walk and explore. It has a 2 car garage, fully enclosed privacy fence,and a large yard with a pool to enjoy in the summer. There is also a fire pit and firewood to use during the cooler months. There is a gas fireplace in the sunroom which makes it a cozy space to curl up with some coffee and a book. In the kitchen you will find a coffee bar with a Keurig and regular pot and I also supply some coffee, sugar, and creamers. The fully equipped kitchen makes for a nice night in cooking meals with family. There are 4 very large smart TVs to catch a game or watch movies and relax. It’s a comfortable space that makes you feel at home. The central location makes getting anywhere in Memphis quick and convenient. Plenty of shopping and fine or casual dining within a mile or two. Some within walking distance. Keypad entry for easy access and no keys to keep up with.
There are security cameras on the outside of the property for your safety and for mine. There is one also inside the 2 car garage. Absolutely no local bookings. This is for out of town travelers only. No parties, no gatherings.
