Plenty of room to relax and spread out ,large deck,there are five bedrooms and two and a half baths and private yard . Walk to marina to put in kayaks or rent paddle boards. The marketplace is an easy walk where there are different dining opportunities and shops and children's activities.South cape beach is a short drive and one of the nicest beaches around! There is a children's museum a few miles away with different activities weekly. New seabury is a great home base to travel to other parts of the cape from. In the winter we do only monthly rentals. In the summer we usually only do weekly rentals. Large yard with outdoor games , pool and wood fire pit and room to play!
