"Mi casa es su casa", my home is your home. We have it set up not as a rental property but as our home, from the décor to the appliances, to the linens, to the kitchen, to the balcony. When you open the front door and see the breathtaking view through the floor to ceiling glass doors you too will know that you have arrived at your Little Piece of Heaven. Our second-floor condo has 2 bedrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms with a direct view of the Caribbean. You have a beautiful view from every area in the open concept kitchen/dining room/living room. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen from where you will be able to enjoy the stunning view of the ocean.
We have installed a large screen so that we can push all of the sliding balcony doors wide open to enjoy the wonderful breeze. In the living room we have a bar/tv stand where you have a drink refrigerator and drawers with glassware and beer holders. We also have a new concept sleeper sofa that opens to a very comfortable queen-size bed (with no annoying bars). Half bath off of the living room comes in very handy for guests.
We have the condo set up completely with all of the comforts of home. You have a separate laundry room with all of the laundry supplies you may need. In the kitchen you also have a dishwasher, microwave and other small kitchen appliances.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. You have a beautiful view through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. You can also walk out on to the balcony and take a nap on the round bed or sit in the seating area which also reclines to lounge chairs.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom. This room has large windows that let the sunshine in to your room.
You have a very large balcony with a shaded round bed, comfortable 2 seat reclining area and a hanging egg chair to sit or lay and enjoy the beautiful direct view of the beach/pool. It is so relaxing sitting here at any time of the day or night.
The condo comes fully stocked with all of your beach and household needs so just pack your clothes and toiletries. Come ready to experience peace, tranquility and relaxation.
The 15-unit Palma Real condo complex is located directly on the beach. From your condo doorstep you are approximately 1 minute to having your toes in the sand. Our reef also blocks big waves making our beach great for families with little ones. The heated pool also has a shallow end that is perfect for little ones to enjoy the pool. The other special thing is that our condo building features an elevator. This comes in handy when bringing up your suitcases or groceries.
Palma Real is a 24-hour secure building due to the locked front gate and nighttime security guard.
We are only a 10–15-minute leisurely stroll to the vibrant town center of Puerto Morelos. If you are looking for a slower pace, Puerto Morelos is an undiscovered gem within the more tourist towns of Cancun and Playa del Carmen. Since we are right between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, we are only a short 30-minute drive to either place. The town of Puerto Morelos portside and across the highway offers exquisite cuisine with over 100 restaurants, open air cafes and shops. There is an abundance of activities to do at your own leisure, including touring the Mayan ruins, enjoying one of the many theme parks, visiting the Cenotes or snorkeling the coral reef 500 meters from shore.
