This is a one-of-a-kind home in the charming neighborhood of Forest Hills in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The wheelchair ramp helps you enter the home.

You're living in an area mostly comprised of retirees and families. Tree-lined streets and sidewalks make it ideal for taking morning walks or evening strolls.

The first floor king bedroom has a large closet and its own private master bathroom. Two separate sinks, a separate bathtub, and a separate standing shower.

The dining room seats 6 people and connects to the fenced-in backyard area for outdoor entertainment.
The kitchen comes with all major appliances (fridge, dishwasher, built-in-counter electric stove, and oven). All dishware and cookware provided.
The half bathroom and laundry room are connected to the kitchen area with a door leading up to the carpeted hideaway bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom area has its own AC unit and portable heater.
The second floor has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and lots of closet space. The bedrooms share a full bathroom (shower/tub combo).

Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $500 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file.
Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. Contact me for more info.
