Come to beautiful Wilson Lake on the TN River (MM 263) and relax. This fully furnished home requires you to bring only your clothes and food. The newest inside addition is the LVP flooring. You can relax on the screen porch with ceiling fans or step down a few steps and enjoy grilling and the view from the patio. A few steps away you are at the dock, boathouse with an electric boat lift, and ready to swim, fish, boat or just relax. This property is located in a perfect and convenient location with a grocery store, drug store, dollar store, hardware store, liquor store and a gas station all within 2 miles from the rental. As far as restaurants there is Cozumel, a great Mexican restaurant (3 miles) also a brand new restaurant/Bar, The Woods which is 1 mile from the house and a great place to eat. There are also storage buildings available 1 mile away. About 4 miles and you are at the beautiful Robert Trent Jones Golf course. This house is very clean and attended to. I live next door so I am available 24/7 for any questions or needs. The Unique Benefits of this House: I am a very water oriented person. Living right on the water is by far the best therapy one could ever want. I want clients to enjoy all the water activities that go with living on the water. I do all the maintenance and enjoy cooking outside and at anytime I might show up at the rental house with a sampler of things I decided to cook. I am constantly adding amenities and welcome requests from clients to make this house more enjoyable, and there have been some great suggestions that I have followed through with to complete their requests..
Also, If needed I will also do all your grocery shopping prior to your arrival. All I need is a grocery list and a reasonable notice if you would like this included.

WiFi plus 3 Flat Screen TV’s with Fire TV or Roku sticks. (DVD in living room) TV Tables. Small library and assorted magazines.

Concrete dock/boathouse with cradle and electric boat lift, retractable extension cord spool, water with hose, fish cleaning table with fresh water and fillet knife.
All in one Gas/charcoal/smoker grill with charcoal, lighter fluid and grilling utensils. Plus another gas grill. Fish cooker with propane tank. Outdoor wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood.. Bug spray and citronella and Tiki torches.
Assorted fishing gear and mini hardware store in the basement. Plenty of lighting all around the property.
And the basket with all the things you don’t think about: (scotch tape, scissors, playing cards, rubber bands, leatherman tool, flashlights, pens/pencils, post it notes, extension cords, and many other thingeeees.. Thank you…
