Sleeps 7 comfortably. Two bedrooms with queen beds; one bedroom with twin beds; and ocean observatory with twin bed. Lovely screened porch, open porch, patio, BB-Q grill, portable "fire-pit", expansive lawn to ocean, 2+ acres of mowed grounds, woods,beach, spruce trees, and private road. Full baths on each floor. All bedding and linens, TV, radio, local land-line phone, Wi-Fi, books, board games, puzzles, washer/ dryer, furnace, microwave, coffeemaker, and all kitchen necessities. (Bring calling cards if needed...cell-phone reception not good). There are no cameras on this property...hidden or otherwise. ALL respectful and kind people are welcome...along with well behaved children and pets. Strict NO SMOKING policy.
Pets possible with minimum additional fee per pet. Safe and easy walks to Village store/café, post office, 2 lobster wharfs, and Owls Head Historic Lighthouse State Park. Three miles to gorgeous sand beach at Birch Point State Park. Mere minutes to Rockland, Camden...and a day trip to Bar Harbor for whale watching and Acadia National Park.
