It will accommodate four guests for a memorable experience!
Enjoy exquisite landscaping and a virtually new Jacuzzi brand sauna with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine under the umbrella and next to a glowing fire pit.

Whether by car, taxi or Uber, the airport is only 12-15 minutes away and Churchill Hill Downs 18-20 minutes away. We are quite convenient and assess able to all Oaks and Derby events. Two of Louisville's largest shopping Malls are 10 minutes away.
A Continental Breakfast of fresh juices and fruits along with pastries can be provided, or if you desire, a full breakfast. We can easily provide that service, or can enjoy your own privacy to prepare any meal in a top shelf gourmet kitchen, the choice is yours! Full course dinners can also be an option. All of these options can be priced daily or for the entire stay.

If you are interested in tickets to The Oaks and The Kentucky Derby, boxes for six are available from covered grandstands to Millionaires Row on the 5th and 6th floor at the finish line. Remember to reserve early to insure your perfect Kentucky Oaks and Derby Experience.
Concierge pick up and return to the Louisville Airport is also an available service.
No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email)
After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee.
For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
