Summary: The room was very clean and had good towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was very cold, but the sauna was very nice (you have to ask a staff member to turn it on for you.) Common areas were decorated nicely for Christmas. It had snowed, and the staff put out plenty of mats and salt for the safety of guests. This effort was most appreciated!
