This 1,100 sq. ft. quiet and serene Chic Country Cottage, located in the heart of Sonoma Valley Wine Country, is just minutes from some of the premier wineries in Sonoma and Napa County. The Cottage is surrounded by a large cedar deck and BBQ porch with bucolic views of the Mayacamus Mountain range, oak groves, hilltop vineyards, and expansive country landscapes in all directions. It is on a private 3/4 acre setting on a larger property we call Froggy Oaks Estate as we have several 100-year plus oak groves and a chirping frog population that becomes active (croaks) in our meandering winter creek and pond. It has two queen beds: one in a downstairs bedroom and the other in the open railing upstairs loft. Both bedrooms have queen beds, dressers, and work desks. It sports two bathrooms (one full bath with tub/shower/bidet and one-half bath with sink and toilet). The downstairs bedroom and living room have 42" smart TVs. The living room comfortably accommodates seating for six people. The dining room has a table and four chairs.
The Cottage has wi-fi internet throughout, a full kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, double oven, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker. The sliding doors from the downstairs bedroom open to a large outside sitting area with BBQ and meadow views. There is access to a communal heated pool (June to September) and hot tub year-round. The Cottage is minutes from the towns of Glen Ellen and Sonoma Plaza which have numerous restaurants, gift shops and over a dozen wine tasting rooms. Hiking and biking trails are also minutes away at Jack London State Park, Sugarloaf State Park and other beautiful regional park trails.
The Cottage is centrally located in the Heart of the Valley of the Moon with access to events and wineries in both Sonoma and Napa counties and it is just a 45-minute ride to the Pacific Ocean and Bodega Bay, among other stops along the beautiful Northern California Pacific Coast. The Cottage is about 90 minutes from both San Francisco and Oakland International Airports
