The washer and dryer are in a separate laundry room accessed from the kitchen. The lanai is equipped with patio furniture, a large glass patio table and umbrella. There is a charcoal grill as well as a Blackstone outdoor griddle for cooking along with a mini refrigerator to keep drinks cold while playing darts or cornhole.
