Kitchen includes a new downdraft range, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. There is a pantry room on this level that leads to the upper floor. This has a living room also with a sofa that turns into a bed. The master bedroom is located on this floor along with a second bedroom. Also on this floor located in the bathroom area are a sink with a stacking washer and dryer combo for laundry. The separated part of the bathroom includes a large shower, tub, and toilet. The upper area has a deck that goes across the width of the building a gives a great view of the sunrise and the lake.
The lower area also has a deck off of the dining room with great views of the lake as well as a barbecue and adequate seating for 8 people.
The cabin has parking for 4cars at the front of the building. It has easy access to the cabin with just a half flight of stairs to the main floor. The waterfront is just 45' from the front door of the cabin. It has a small sandy beach, with easy access to a dock that has a slip that will hold a 20' boat as well as the ability to tie up another boat on the side of the dock.
The cabin has easy access to Spokane, about 25 minutes to downtown. It also has easy access to north Idaho and the Coeur d' Alene with a 25 minute drive.
