Our very clean and very comfortable chalet in Arrowhead Lake has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a Hot Tub for your enjoyment.
New rustic decor and furniture for a cozy cabin feel. The front porch is a quiet spot to enjoy your coffee in the morning and to grill on by night.
The back yard features a large 7 person hot tub, stainless steel fire pit, and yard games. Light up the area with the string lights, or sit back and watch the stars.
Our property is located on a quiet, dead end street. Traffic is kept to a minimum. We are also located within walking distance to the Minisink pool, picinic area and tennis courts.

Shawnee - 45 minutes.
Montage - 45 minutes.

The space
We set an atmosphere for fun and comfort. Large outdoor spaces for games, eating, and gathering. Inside features updated cabin furniture and fixtures. Showers have hotel quality shower heads and curtains.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house and yard space to stretch out and enjoy.
Other things to note
This property is located inside a gated community, Arrowhead Lake. Guests will be required to fill out a rental registration form and go to the visitor center to check-in prior to proceeding to the house.

Every vehicle staying overnight is required to purchase a gate card at $15. License and car registration is required for every car and must be presented while registering at the visitor center.
Amenity wristband fees are mandatory the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Monday of Labor Day Weekend. The wristbands give access to the pools, tennis courts, fitness center and lodge.
During the off-season (Tuesday after Labor Day through Thursday prior to Memorial Day), wristbands are $5/day for ages 12 and up.
For in-season (Friday of Memorial Day weekend to the Monday of Labor Day weekend), wristbands are mandatory for purchase, and required for ages 12 and over. Prices are $8/day, $35/week, $90/month per person.
All applicable fees apply to guests of renters. Guests are only permitted with the permission of the renting agent.
You must check in at the Welcome Center, it is now open 24/7.
Community violations must be paid for by the renter before security deposit is released.
*The $25 administration fee is for damage protection. I split the cost with the renter. No security deposit is required. This is non-refundable, but if something were to be damaged, you are covered.
*Earlier check-in may be possible if there is time for the house to be cleaned early.
