Larger than a 'Villa" or "Casita, the unit has an open plan decorated with bright neutral colors. The master bedroom has an adjacent bathroom and the room can be set up as either a king or two twins while the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. There are also two pullout sofas in the living room for additional sleeping. There are several GVR facilities nearby that are available at an additional cost. The facility in Casa Paloma II is only two blocks away and has a full size pool, a hot tub and shuffleboard courts. The East Social Center is a larger facility and is about a mile away and has a pool and hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a workout room. The townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen and has a 42" flat screen TV with expanded cable, internet, DVD and VCR player . A full size washer and dryer are located next to the kitchen and across from a large pantry.
