This tri-level 3 bedroom/2.5 bath, ground entry townhome located in SW Ketchum on the bike path is very modern and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the living area with high ceilings for great light and offers a gas fireplace and 55-inch flat screen Smart TV. (The fireplace is inoperable fall of 2025, but should be fixed before winter season.) The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the bar. The dining room table seats 6 and has access to a nice patio area with an outdoor table and chairs and a gas grill. There is a small grassy area and easy access to the local bike path. Also located on this level is the half bath and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
On the second level is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a 45-inch flat-screen Smart TV. The bath has 2 sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, a separate shower, and a large walk-in closet. On the upper level are the other bedrooms. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a 45-inch flat-screen Smart TV. There is a small desk and chair for working if need be. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds (Which can be pushed together to make a king) and 45-inch flat-screen Smart TV. Both of these bedrooms have access to the full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and combo shower/tub.
One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120.
Complex Features: Central Park is close to the bike path about five blocks from the lifts and about seven to eight blocks from the center of Ketchum. You can walk or skate on the bike path to the River Run Day Lodge. The area offers a free shuttle that stops about a block away which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
