Our beautiful Victorian is a roomy 4,400 sq ft, comfortable, stylish, and centrally located home.
It is filled with original artworks, musical instruments, and cozy modern furniture.
We love how you can walk downtown to the farmers market (seasonally), and the various restaurants, breweries, and quaint shops of Helena.
The Space:
Every room is uniquely curated from the pink parlor with our ol' 1800s Swiss piano and eclectic decor to the black dining room with large white chandelier and Frank Lloyd Wright credenza to the spacious family room with its colorful furniture ready to be lounged upon.
The first floor is home to the well-stocked kitchen, living room, parlor, dining room, sunroom/office space, laundry room and guest bathroom.
The second floor has the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, bunk room, single room, and bathroom including a clawfoot bathtub with a view of the Sleeping Giant mountain range.
The third floor has an additional 3 bedrooms, with a twin bed, a queen and double bed between them, and a full bathroom.
The large yard has a patio area with an outdoor dining set-up, a charcoal grill, and a Green Egg smoker/grill. There is also a play structure for younger kiddos to enjoy.
Guest Access:
The whole house and large yard is yours for your stay! The only off limit areas will be the garage and a few closets locked to store our private belongings.
The garage is rented by local vintage curators -- check out Hoot Owl Vintage! -- so there is a chance you may see a couple folks coming in and out of the garage during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the historical mansion district of Helena. It is a family-friendly neighborhood that is full of large trees and incredible architecture. We are located less than a 3/4 mile to downtown and also 3/4 mile to one entrance of Mt. Helena with its 200 miles of maintained hiking and mountain-biking trails.
Getting Around:
Our home is very centrally located in Helena's city center. You won't be further than a 2-10 minute drive to about anything.
We have 1 parking space off the street available down the alley and in front of the garage on the right side. There is also always free street parking in front of the house.
Other Things to Note:
We are happy to have you as our guests. We live in our home full-time and Airbnb/rent it out for others to enjoy when we travel out on family adventures.
Please know that we keep some of our belongings in a few of the drawers and closets, but we still provide some empty ones for you to unpack and store your things amply also.
We have a wonderful local property management group that helps us manage this listing while we are out of town, so it it likely you will be communicating with us both at all times.
