The living area with a 55" TV and fireplace is open and inviting with plenty of comfortable seating for a large group. There is a half-bathroom, laundry room, and one primary bedroom on this floor, with a king bed and private bathroom.
The second floor includes three more individual tastefully decorated bedroom suites with king beds and a bunk room. The first bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom, with tub, that opens to the hallway. The second bedroom on this floor features a king bed with a private bathroom and bathtub. The third bedroom has a king bed, large closet with a portable crib, private bathroom and a fantastic sleeping porch with a twin swing porch bed! The second floor also features an adorable butterfly themed "littles" bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds.
The third floor offers a balcony with lounge chairs, perfect for enjoying the stunning views of Carlton Landing and Lake Eufaula, really showcasing the Treehouse vibes! The third floor has an amazing floor plan, a game room that opens into a spacious bunk room with two queen beds and three twin beds. Just across from the bunk room is a Jack and Jill bathroom. The cozy, private office nook with a sliding barn door, adjustable standing desk and twin bed is also on the third floor.
