Positive: Great location: close to the beach, from family perspective - close to Walmart and Target, different local attractions and cafes. Comfortable stay. Specifically my kids liked bunk bed. Condo had all necessary equipment in the kitchen. All facilities were in a good shape. A bit of extra stuff for beach was also appreciated. Two parking places - a bit of competition for shadow ones :).

Negative: I think I have less comfort with managing company. Too many poking messages in some pushing form contradicting with each other. Examples: after booking you are getting message from internal system that there is no credit card on file and in 24 hours you should provide it - but credit card tied via Booking.com and I was able to see their check. Then another message that you should pay in 3 days the whole sum but by Booking.com you have 30 days that made me contact with support. Finally at checkout you are getting a number of reminders ( btw you already have one on fridge) with contradicting instructions, I guess it was typo, but still, “set conditioner at 78”, “set conditioner at 74” etc. So this is a bit of hassle that can’t spoil the cool place atmosphere.

Summary: Great location and condo. ( Can I buy it? :) )
