Upper deck and pool-side covered patio. 1 bedroom and 1 bath upstairs with full kitchen - 1 bedroom and 1 bath downstairs with wet bar. Canal is good for fishing at high tide. Great location for snowbirders and Winter Texans in winter who want warm sunny retreats.
