Summary: The under sized heat pump couldn't heat the cabin until 11 hours later and we froze sleeping when the night time temps were aroundfreezing. We slept in our coats to stay warm. We weren't offered the senior discount despite my age on the ID. We found out about it later. On the positive side the shower had hot water and the beds were comfortable, not too hard.
