Unique set up with a one bedroom/bathroom cabin and a separate cabin "The Cook Shack" with your full kitchen. Great set up for trips with family and friends. Perfect for those that love the outdoors and ATV/UTV riding! ATV/UTV trails can be accessed from Patterson Road. There is no fee to ride in the Ouachita National Forest.

Bathroom includes a shower (no handrails).
Kitchen - The Cook Shack includes sink, oven/stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, some cooking utensils, pans, baking sheet pans, dish soap and 1st roll of paper towels.
Cabins have window units with heat and air.
Covered outdoor area with picnic tables and charcoal grill (charcoal, lighter fluid, and striker/matches are not provided).
Fire pit (wood is not provided - do not gather wood from our property or our neighbors properties).
NOTE - These cabins have steps/stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
NOTE - This property sleeps 4 guests in 2 beds but the maximum occupancy is flexible up to 5 with the use of the 1 provided twin rollaway bed.
PARKING - Plenty of parking/area for trailers if your planning to ATV/UTV ride.
