Plenty of parking area for cars or a boat. Lots of grass for the kids to play or enjoy a game of cornhole with family and friends. Kitchen is fully stocked. There’s also an additional ice maker for the cooler. Board games are available as well as a full sized new ping pong table in the garage. Walking distance to the marina for great food, boat rentals, paid boat storage (marina boat storage not included,) and a shop.
