The Space:
The 1250 sq ft residence has a pleasant ambiance and cozy living/kitchen area with rustic beams and gas fireplace. The main living area is tastefully decorated and has a wall-mounted 65" Smart television with complimentary internet service and WiFi for your enjoyment. There is also a DVD player with selected movies, games and puzzles for your entertainment. Just outside the living room is a private terrace with beautiful views of the Olympic training center, ski jump and surrounding mountains. The condo has a private 1 car garage, central heating and air and washer/dryer for your convenience. The unit sits above shops and businesses in central Kimball Junction.
A fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water allows you to prepare your meals in or else enjoy the many restaurants in the area.

Park City transit provides free bus and shuttle service to all major ski resorts, downtown Park City and the outlet malls. In addition there is the Kimball Junction Circulator which is a flag-down service for the immediate Newpark area. All bus, Park City trolley and Circulator routes are available on the MyStop app.
