There are no visible neighbors except for the abundant wildlife out the front door. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods with a few miles of trails and a large yard to play games in or let your dog run off-leash. Rarely do you see a property like this at this price but I pledge to always keep the prices low and the value high.
