Cows may be in pasture and it is protected with an electric fence. In the heart of The Bluegrass Region and Bourbon Trail, the scenery and wildlife will not disappoint as you relax on the patio. The location is perfect for a rural getaway or relaxing stop on your Bourbon Trail experience. Only 15 minutes from Wild Turkey and Four Roses. 20-30 minutes from Whiskey Thief, Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Castle & Key and within an hour of most other distilleries. Minutes from shopping and restaurants; situated between I-64 and The Bluegrass Parkway. This place has been a dream of ours and we look forward to sharing it with you.
The home is fully restored with tons of charm. Sitting on the front porch, you can imagine the old farmer who would sit in the evenings after a hard days work in his rocking chair and tell stories while waving at neighbors as they drove by, maybe even on horseback. 2BR, 1BA with open floor plan for family room and kitchen area. The front porch and back patio allow you to soak up the farm scenery from all directions.
