The home is newly updated and fine details were not missed! Carpet and flooring were updated. Beds, bedding, and linens are all brand new, as well as beautiful matching dishes and utensils. Air conditioning and unlimited wifi, as well as cable tv are provided. Feel confident when renting this home that you will be staying at a home away from home!
Upon arrival, you will see why this home is the talk of the block. The cute and well maintained exterior is just the beginning. Entering thru the front door, you will walk into the newly updated, open concept living room, dining room, and offset office. Here you can relax in the living room while watching your favorite shows, or work in peace in the office. All while utilizing the cable and unlimited wifi. Privacy curtains adorn the windows for the evenings, and open them up in the mornings to enjoy the Wyoming’s beautiful sunshine.
Enjoy ambient dinners at the high top dining table after cooking in the fully stocked and updated kitchen! The large kitchen is newly stocked with all a chef's needs. Everything in the kitchen is new – baking supplies, pots and pans, and even a crockpot are provided. Basic spices and essentials are supplied as well. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, full size refrigerator and freezer, and a large pantry.
The laundry room is located on the first floor and supplied with detergents. The locker style mudroom has plenty of space for coats and other odds and ends. The mudroom leads to the back patio. Here you can enjoy a quiet morning on the patio furniture, or a gorgeous evening BBQ under the deck lights. A gas grill and utensils are provided. The patio also leads to the garage, and the backyard is fully enclosed for well-behaved pets.
The king bedroom has a new bed and walk in closet, as well as room darkening curtains. This room also has its own private attached bath. Amenities and luxury were not skipped on this bathroom which boasts heated floors, a jetted tub, and extra-large walk in shower.
The queen bedroom on the first floor contains a new bed with a walk in closet, and also room darkening curtains. It is located next to the spacious guest bathroom. This bathroom contains a shower and tub.
Located just off the kitchen, extra guests or kids can retreat to the newly remodeled downstairs which has a sitting room outside a bedroom containing 2 new twin beds with a walk in closet, as well as room darkening curtains. There is a futon in the sitting area for extra guests.
Guests are welcome to use the detached single car garage by request, which has an entrance thru the backyard.
Well behaved pets are welcome at an additional fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet.
Owners are typically available as needed, but will leave you to your privacy. There is a binder in the home including a house manual, along with several pamphlets, menus, and magazines about the area.
