On the main floor, the house has 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed in each) and a library that can serve as a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed, a common room with two queen beds, and then the last bedroom has a king bed and the row machine so you can stay active!
There is a large full bathroom upstairs.
The kitchen, living, dining and laundry rooms are on the main floor along with a full bathroom and a half bath.
There are two seating areas outdoors- a large screened porch with seating for 10-16 with a smart Tv and a smaller deck with a propane BBQ and 4-person dining table.
The living room has a large screen smart TV and recliner loveseat and sofa.
The dining room, between the living room and well-equipped kitchen, seats 6, we will be upgrading to a large table as soon as possible, but in the mean time there are foldout tables for extra inside or out!
The backyard is fenced and large. I've got driveway parking for up to 7 vehicles.
I have cornhole, croquet and a beer pong table available upon request.
